EverFlow Partners is a long-term investor in Indian public markets that seeks to generate healthy returns by investing in well-run companies that are available at attractive valuations. We believe that public markets in India are under-researched, especially in the small & midcap space, and offer significant wealth creation opportunities for long-term investors. Attractive investment opportunities in public markets come unannounced and from various directions and we don’t impose artificial constraints on sector, size of company, themes, etc.; which could affect our ability to generate attractive absolute returns for our partners.

The firm has been started by Rahul Agrawal and Aditya Anup Agarwal, who have 25+ years of combined investing experience in India at leading global investing firms like WestBridge Capital, GIC & IFC. The founding team has led various successful public market and private equity investments in these firms across sectors, company sizes, which gives them unique insights into sectors and companies. They have individually and together conducted due diligence, managed portfolio companies and completed exits across numerous opportunities, which gives them access to a deep industry network and understanding of market cycles.

The firm manages capital for select FPI clients and some of India’s leading family offices, entrepreneurs and professionals.

The founders have complete alignment with investor partners and are investing the vast majority of their networth in the Fund – we treat our partners’ money the same way as we treat our own. With fees largely linked to performance, our interests and incentives are fully aligned to create long-term value for all investor partners.

The firm seeks to establish partnerships with like-minded investors that are able to the long-term view on compounding in the face of fear, greed and emotions that often drive markets.
